What makes our brownies Gourmet?

Creating and baking award winning brownies has taken time and passion.  It starts with using the highest quality ingredients, but knowing the perfect temperature and bake time is also part of the gourmet process.  We then leave our brownies to set for over 12 hours to create the perfect texture. They are precision cut and then hand topped to finish the process.

What ingredients do we use?

We believe that to bake the most delicious brownies we need to use the highest quality ingredients available to us. We use British sugar, full cream butter, British milled flour and only the finest Belgian cocoa and chocolate. Our free-range eggs come from our local egg farmer Alan, who has supplied us from the beginning. All our additional ingredients are sourced according to quality and our flavourings are natural. We do not believe in using additives or preservatives to extend the freshness of our brownies.

Are there allergens in the brownies?

All our brownies contain milk, eggs and gluten.  Depending on the flavour of your chosen brownie they may also contain nuts.  We have a strict process in place in our kitchens to ensure that we keep any allergen contamination to a minimum but it should be noted that there may be traces of allergens in brownies.  If you have a severe allergy we suggest you call us so we can talk through our process prior to ordering.

Do you bake gluten free brownies ?

At this time we do not offer gluten free brownies. We are passionate about ensuring we are able to offer gluten free products that follow the legal requirement of containing less than 20 parts per million.  So until we expand and are able to open a dedicated kitchen, we will not offer any gluten free products.
